Information Technology

The Information Technology branch started in this Institution in the year of 2001.This branch deals with the use of Computers and Computer Software to store, protect process, transmit and securely retrieve data. IT professionals perform a variety of tasks that range from installing applications to designing complex Computer Networks and Information Databases.

These days, IT sector is so well evolved that it is directly or indirectly influencing the working of various other sectors and industries. IT sector acts as a supporting figure for various sectors such as healthcare, education, manufacturing sector, telecommunications sector, various Government initiatives and Departments etc.  Apart from the regular courses, the department also conducts Seminar/Webinar, Study Visit to provide best technical knowledge & skill in the field of software development and entrepreneurship.

To produce highly qualified and motivated graduates with problem solving attitudes, moral values and ethical responsibilities towards profession as well as society.


Mission:
1) To advance the state of the art in Information Technology and adequately prepare students to meet the challenges of the digital age.
2) Facilitate the development of Academic-Industry collaborations and societal outreach programs.
3) To serve the local and the national community by creating awareness about IT related products with strong communication skills and the ability to function effectively as part of a team.

5) To grow as an entrepreneur having professional skill and ability.
